My definition of true success

Posted: November 29, 2014 by Joy in Getting Inspired

So, I have been playing the game ‘two dots’ because I wanted to finish it and see it as an achievement which I thought should make me happy. But now I’m done with all its 185 levels and I am only sad. Why? I miss the game because there are no more levels to play. I played the game with so much seriousness that I can’t even remember what it was like playing the game.

That’s how life is, as we are striving daily to achieve our goals, let’s not forget to enjoy it alongside, so when we finally get to where we want to be, we don’t miss the period when we were totally serious even though we had the opportunity to have fun. What do you see success as? Is it money and fame? Or is it the happiness that comes from self-satisfaction?
I’d love to read your comments on similar experiences that have made you realise what success is to you!

    I agree with you!

What makes life fun and enjoyable is the journey and not a ”destination’
